The EAC agrees that our CLUB members need not endorse in all of these races.

Exceptions:
1. Any CLUB member can ask the EAC to include any other candidate for an
office, other than those listed above.
2. The EAC would consider whether the candidate is to be included in the
endorsement process and make a recommendation to the CC. The CC would then
decide if the candidate endorsement should be considered by the Club membership.
3. The CLUB (at a general meeting) would then vote to include/exclude the
candidate being recommended.
